  I HIGHLY recommend this company!!! After hurricane Irma you could clearly tell I needed my roof re-done. There is this knock on my door and I don't usually go to the door, but this time I am So happy that I did. There stands Enrique in his Jasper uniform, (looking sharp I might add), and he starts with a pleasant introduction and begins telling me about his company... Something just told me to hear the man out. Once he was finished, I had this strong impression of the man. As a retired Police Officer of almost 30 years I'm pretty good at reading people and I was really impressed with Enrique and could tell he was genuine. You could tell he really cared and wasn't out there to just get a job. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a quick decision. A few days later he returned with Travis, who is also a wonderful guy. We got the paperwork going smoothly with no hassles. The crew showed up real early on the scheduled date and finished the work in one day. I've got a pretty big home with a three car garage so I was really impressed on how quickly and professionally they got the work done. They were very meticulous on their clean up of my entire property on completion. No complaints. If you need a new roof replaced you won't be disappointed if you use this wonderful company... Just ask for Enrique and Travis.

  First I want to say everyone can make their own decisions on who the decide to install their roof but please thank twice before using Jasper Contractors. Their sales reps are very persuasive and smooth talking to get your business and then once they get it the service is terrible. First I was told my roof was damaged due to Hurricane Irma then the sales rep told me if I wanted to make sure without a doubt that it would be covered to go on my roof and remove shingles in different places. He said if I told anyone he said this he would deny it. I didn't do it and when the inspector came out I was actually asked prior to his arrival by Jimmy my sales rep if I was able to remove shingles and I said no and Jimmy just shook his head as if I did something wrong. My roof was still replaced but this was just a start of them showing what kind of business they do. I was told they would notify me if my roof was being replaced and when I received a call with a date but said it was pending on the whether and they would let me know for sure before they arrive. That call never came and they just showed up and started working. One of the guys on their crew was caught looking at the tools in my garage while it was open and my wife happened to walk out and catch him and the guy walked around the corner really fast. I contacted Jimmy and was told he would be removed from the property I'm not sure if this ever happened or not. Then I arrive at the end of the day and they were finishing up they had smeared caulking in places where drip edge used to be to try to hide their mistakes and it looked horrible. They damaged the trimming by my front door and the roof on my screen room and took my satellite dish which it clearly stated on the paperwork to not do. I pointed all this out and was told it would be fixed by another crew due to Jasper not allowing that kind of work and that crew no longer would be doing work for Jasper. This turned out to be a lie as that same crew came back out to do the repairs returned with a satellite dish that wasn't mine. They fixed the flashing and would later fix the molding but refuse to fix the bent ribs on the screen room even after supplying them their own pictures that they provided showing before that there was no damage (yes the roof had leaves on it). It took several weeks of being told they were looking into and they would get back with but then when I would get a response it was only about where is the rest of their money. I was then told it was elevated to the sales rep boss who apparently is an attorney Renee Van Tassell but after checking Florida's and Georgia's state bar directory she doesn't show in either state. She told me they are going to put a lien on my house and they will end up owning my house and not me since I refuse payment. So now I have to pay them plus fix my screen room.

  I can't say enough about Jasper Contractors! They were awesome! My neighbor used Jasper Contractors to replace her roof after Hurricane Irma. I couldn't believe how fast they completed her new roof! They completed the entire roof in 1 day. I called Jasper and spoke with Travis. He came out and gave me an estimate. Before I knew it, his crew was at my house and yes, within 1 day my new roof was installed! They arrived before dawn ready to work! Truly amazing! As I drive around my neighborhood now I have noticed several homes getting new roofs. Their work crews are there for 5 days or more. How can the homeowner stand it? All that banging for 5 days? Thanks Travis and Jasper Contractors for my awesome new roof!
