  Deondre made this whole process a lot more manageable. His team did such a great quality job on our new roof. They were super professional and always kept us updated. Our insurance was definitely not the easiest to work with, but Deondre and his team handled all of that for us smoothly. Great service!

  They are real professionals. I had my roof replaced via insurance claim with the help of Deondre from RoofAssistant. Even though the whole neighborhood of over 800 homes experienced the same problem over the past years, my house was the odd one out that didn't get the claim approved. I was denied multiple times but Deondre thoroughly examined the house before requesting the claim be re-opened, and he was with me through the whole process making it easier for me. The real difference from others was when the adjuster came out for inspection, he and his crew came to help the adjuster showing the damages and when I received only partial replacement approval he persistently worked on getting the full claim with his supplement department. Months later I was given the full approval and now have a beautiful roof. The technicians who came out to install all did an excellent job and it was assuring to see a manager physically from RoofAssistant actually coming to check on the job and the cleanup at the end of the day. In the past I had many different companies just trying their luck with my insurance claim which made me skeptical about these companies and I had the same feeling when Deondre approached me saying how he is different from those ""storm chasers"" but after listening to him my gut feeling told me that he might be different and I was right. I recommended these guys to my neighbors and he is working on my other house as well.

He gave me top quality service from communication to effectiveness in being prompt in everything he does with his team members. I recommend RoofAssistant for all projects.
