  Matt was very prompt and professional. I called and he was there within 48hours which was fine for me he was very through and walked me through everything with ease. His workers were so proficient and the job was completed to a gold standard. I needed some gutters and he installed them the very next day after the job. For me peace of mind about the job coming out done correctly is everything and Matt delivered with stripes. I would highly recommended anyone who wants someone who is committed to there craft and who just cares through and through stop right here and just make the call and just put the car on cruise because the leaky roof has meet its kryptonite here. Thank you Matt fry and all the hardworking men at Roofal good work.

  Matt was so responsive and wonderful to work with. He initially came out to look at a leak we had and then we determined that a new roof was necessary. He still patched the spot for us on site so it wouldn’t leak between then and when the new roof could be installed. His crew completed the job in two days and cleaned up so well after each day you would never know they were there. The roof looks great and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

  Matt was very rude. Scheduled an appointment to look at the roof. He came to the front door when I was in the back yard. He did not call, and when I called him twenty minutes later to see where he was he told me that he did not have time for new customers who won't answer the door, then he hung up on me.

  My deepest apologies Deborah, it is very busy right now and Matt informed me he was to the appointment on time and knocked more then a few times. And with no answer for ten plus minutes he could no longer wait he had to get to his next appointment. He mentioned that you was very rude upon calling him after you missed his scheduled appointment. Hence why he didn’t have time to deal with a rude customer whom missed her appointment. Sorry we couldn’t adequately serve you, but there are 1000’s of other customers whom are happy with our services. Thanks Mark Fry Owner
