  My wife and I hired Ernesto and his company Roof Solutions. I have been involved in construction for many years and have never seen such a tremendous, well coordinated crew like this. They were exceptionally polite, dedicated and experienced. Each day they cleaned up the mess they accrued during the day. They even raked my lawn as they thought some of the roofing material might have fallen into the leaves. Our neighbors had a shingle roof replaced and they had to have the new roof replaced immediately because it leaked as it was shoddily done. Our roof looks amazing and his crew even volunteered to finish up the roof on Christmas! We told them we wanted them to enjoy the holiday and we would see them next week. The crew even painted the vent lines and exhaust chimney to match the roof. We are beyond pleased and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM!

  I called this company to request a roof repair on a tile roof due to storm damage, I let them know I have an insurance claim in as well. They went and assessed the damage within a few days of the call, and produced a quote of 12,000 to fix not only the damage, but several other things (due to age), not actual damage from the storms, that I don't necessarily need replaced yet. The insurance company paid me out 4000 to fix damage caused by the storms. Mainly broken/missing tiles. I then contacted the company and asked why their quote was so high because the insurance company said there was no way there was 12000 dollars of damage to the roof. They said they could fix the damage for 3-4000, but wanted to recommend I replace other things due to age of the roof and its condition. (House is only 13 years old) I then asked for a new estimate just to fix the damage since this is related to an insurance claim. They said they would have their team do that and get back to me, a week passes with no response, so I emailed them again and asked about the quote, I have to receive a response. Its almost as if they released my repair job isnt as costly as some of the others they may have so they dont care to fix my roof since I wont be paying them 12k for an entire roof replacement. If your car got hail damage from a storm and you took it in for estimates to get repaired, this is the same as the company telling you that you also need your tires replaced, and other parts on the car that have nothing to do with the hail damage.
