  There are a few ways to experience this company. The bidding process. The work. The feedback. The bidding process was smooth and I went with them because of the great with reviews. Their bids felt a little high but I figured it’s worth it. They gave me good financing as well. No payment first 18 months. 8.99% apr. The work was OK. Nothing special. I called them back multiple times to fix certain details on the jobs. 1) Flashing issues and funky finishes 2) poor carpentry and using silicone on the wood making it impossible to paint 3)nail in the middle of the roof 4)issue with ridge shingles centering and spacing 5)poorly installed gutter. Torn shingle during install. 6)One of the houses took two weeks to roof. The inspector kept calling them back. Roof Recovery did not communicate any of this with me I found out from the tenants living at the place. 7) They did not secure a cable back onto the facia. So it was rubbing on the roof of my studio. They have almost always sent someone out immediately to address the issues. But they keep happening. And I keep having to be the person pointing it out. Would you pay them $30k?

They got me on the schedule fast, had fair pricing, the workman was on-time, professional and did an outstanding job! Glad I used them to fix my chimney! If I have roof issues in the future, I'll definitely be using them!

  I had 3 roofing companies look at my roof and solar panels after a major storm. Ben from Roof Recovery was the only one to email me an estimate and pictures attached. I always received a quick reply whether it was email or text. The men that completed the work communicated every step and did a great job cleaning up.
