  The worst experience I’ve ever had!! Do not use this company or John at all. I was 100% taken advantage of as a woman and as a human being.I Paid for a service that was not completed. He took my money and did not fix my problem at all. I tried to give him the chance to get it fixed but always came up with excuses to not show up. Now I have extensive damage to my guest bathroom ceiling which I have to now pay to get fixed out of pocket. For the past two months he said he would pay me back but never received my money back. Worst experience ever!!!

  This is one of the most professional, reliable, honest roofing companies I have had experience with. The process from start to finish was incredible and easy. I had an issue with my roof and the insurance company told me I had to pay $20K out of pocket for the new roof. Two roofers had tried unsuccessfully to get it covered. Jordan and Shane had one meeting and my roof was taken care of. It was a miracle. I can't recommend this company enough!!! Professionalism and integrity sums up Roof Pro's of Texas
