  When a severe storm caused significant roof damage to our home, we called Roof One Restoration for an assessment of the damage. Mark Schmidt was at our house within 18 hours of our initial call, assessed the damage and provided temporary tarping so we didn't have interior water damage. Mark was in contact with our insurance carrier multiple times, to ensure our carrier recognized all storm damage and provide prompt payment for the roof replacement. Mark had a roofing crew at our house within a week after the insurance carrier approved the roof replacement. They quickly removed our old roof and installed the new one. They put tarps over our landscaping, removed all the old roofing material and trash and blew off all our decking, sidewalks and driveway. They were professional, courteous and respectful. Thank you, Mark, for always answering any question we had, working with our insurance carrier to get our whole roof replaced, saving us the out-of-pocket insurance deductible, providing a great roofing team, making what could have been a very stressful time, easy and manageable. I would recommend Mark Schmidt and Roof One Restoration for any roofing need.

  Our house was damaged by a tree falling on it during a storm. After seeing several contractors we decided to use Roof One Restoration. Mark Schmidt was our inspector and did the most thorough evaluation of our damages. We could not be more pleased with our contracting choice. We had face to face meetings with Mark(we wore masks). Always, had great communication and response time was very prompt. Smooth handling of all our insurance requests, which took the pressure off of my husband and myself. Our home is once again beautiful and we love the results! Don’t hesitate to use Roof One Restoration for your construction needs. Thanks to Mark Schmidt for his wonderful job done.

  Harry and Mark are awesome. We had several other companies inspect our house after the storm damage. However, only Roof One Restoration was able to work through the insurance complexities and restore our home back to new condition.
