  Richard is extremely responsive, showing up quickly and staying as long as needed to get the job done. Very thorough roof inspection, including photos of all trouble spots. Roof tune-up and application of Roof Maxx product was efficient and effective. He cares about the quality of his work and checks in to make sure everything is going ok. Would highly recommend.

  Richard explained in detail the product and application procedure. After the late October record rainfall there was a very small amount of roof gravel that washed off the shingles, definitely less than I expected. We had a small leak that was not evident before the treatment that likely was a result of a improperly used nail on a vent flushing. Richard cam out to fix it in a timely manner without additional charges. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Roofmax and Richard knows his trade.

  Richard went out of his way to help my elderly dad with his roof. The whole roof needs to be replaced and honestly the house is too old to go through that kind of renovation. With winter storms coming, he was able to secure a nice tarp that has held up perfectly during the rain and snow with zero leaks according to my dad. I'm very appreciative of his time and effort, when no one would take the job, he stepped up!
