  If I can give less than a star I totally would. This contractor installed the wrong pipe boot on my roof THEN wanted to charge me 100 dollars to tarp up his mess. The pipe boot he installed is for a metal roof and I have a shingle roof. SO not only did I pay them after completion my roof is still leaking and nothing is fixed. I want my money back for this hack job. DO NOT waste your time.

  Cassandra, we're sorry that you're unhappy with the service that you received from Roof Master LLC. Customer satisfaction is foremost in everything that we do, and we'd like to add some clarification to your post. Your review is a little misleading to those unfamiliar with our actual interaction. You initially contacted us because your roof was already leaking. Roof Master promptly came to your residence and assessed the problem for you. We advised you that your current shingle roof is old, worn and very brittle. We recommended that you consider installing a new roof as attempts to repair brittle shingles are often unsuccessful. Further still, we went the extra mile and offered you a free quote. In the end, you requested that we install a boot and attempt to repair the existing roof. The boot that we installed is called a retrofit boot. It is not specifically made for metal roofs; rather, retrofit boot flashing is used when wrapping a boot around an existing structure to waterproof it. This was the best boot application for your current roof as attempting to install a standard shingle roof boot would have damaged your existing shingles beyond their current state, making your leak even worse. Again, in the spirit of clarity, we followed your wishes as a customer to the letter. We continue at your service and would be delighted to move forward with installing a beautiful metal roof for you. In the interim (although your leak was not caused by Roof Master), we'll go the extra mile and install a tarp at no cost to you, pending the installation of a new roof. In the end, if you decide to go with someone other than Roof Master, consider it a gift from us to you.

  In 2018 we had a storm that tore off shingles on our roof. The same storm damaged my sister-in-law's roof. She went with a different company and had their roof on by the end of May. It was July before mine was started. Now my flashing is denting and bending I keep calling and texting this guy and getting the run around. I even told him if it's not covered in warranty I still want it fixed but he has yet to show. He's lied and said he'll be over numerous times over the last month.

  I hired Jason and his team to fix a botched garage build by a different contractor. They did a great job fixing and finishing the build and adding a shingle roof and gutters. Would highly recommend them.
