  I've worked with many contractors over the past 16 years having a house in Maggie. I can easily say that Steve was the most prompt, professional, courteous, and fair of all of them. He was on time, direct and professional about the issue, did the work right away, itemized what he did, and charged a very fair fee. Now if he would just start doing electrical, plumbing, and every other trade. HIGHLY RECOMMEDED!!!

  Roof Guy removed our old roof and replaced it with a new shingle roof. The crew did a great job! They were prompt and cleaned everything up. The job was done in two days and we are very happy with the work that was done. Everything was handled professionally and we would hire him again!

  Usually within the first few interactions with a business or a contractor, one can tell whether they know what they are doing, or not. From the start, Chris, the owner was on top of it. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the Roof repair/replace process. Chris was also exceptionally knowledgeable about working with the insurance companies, and I believe it was mainly in part to him, knowing what to present, is the reason my insurance company covered my roof replace. I was sent a website link by Chris where I could pick out the color of my shingles before the install started. I loved this as I could see what different colors would look like with houses similar in color to my own. I chose "Pristine Green". Chris and his guys showed up on a Wednesday morning and they completed my 3600 sq. ft. roof by Thursday evening. They were fast, efficient, but also high quality. When I brought up a small issue or two, they were quick to address the issue well. I posted some pics of my finished roof - my neighbor who lives up the hill and looks down on my house also comment how gorgeous she thought the completed roof looked. I am extremely happy with the job done by Roof Guy WNC and I would absolutely recommend them to everyone looking to have roof work done in WNC.
