  Mr. Matthew Wright was very educational regarding the A-to-Z aspects of roof replacement versus repairs; insurance considerations; aging; market values; aesthetics, etc. -- far more knowledgeable and helpful than your average roofing salesman. Arriving on the job promptly, Matthew and his team were proficient and efficient. He, as a Director on the job, was quick to respond to all of my calls, emails and texts. On the day of the installation, he was on the job either in person, or communicating, for an entire 12-hour period (since the job had been expanded to include a shed re-roofing also, as well as a gratis(!) doghouse re-roofing). He also provided valuable referrals for some related peripheral work that we wanted. As a result, I heartily (5☆s) recommend Roof Expert LLC for quality roof repairs and replacements.

  This was an educational process on roofs. I was not sure if I should replace the whole roof or repair. I feel like Mathew clearly helped me weigh options. We chose to replace the roof with no regrets. Mathew and his team are proficient and efficient. He makes you feel like he does not have any other customers by being quick to respond to calls and texts. Having done many home repairs on this old house, this has been the smoothest job done.   I recently had my roof and gutters replaced by Matthew and his team at Roof Expert. From the very start I knew I had chosen the right team to replace my roof. There is usually a high amount of anxiety when I, as a woman, have to enlist a company for large repairs of which I have no real knowledge. This fear was totally laid to rest. Matthew proved to be a very honest and upfront gentleman who does exactly what he says he will do. Matthew went above and beyond for me, treating me as though I was his family. He arranged his schedule so that he could be there when my insurance appraiser came. Matthew even helped me, by meeting me at my house after work, and charging my car battery, in the cold! He did this so tat I could move my car from the side of the house. Matthew worked with my irregular schedule and fit me in as soon as possible. He wanted to make sure my little dog was not stressed out by me not being able to be there. When the crew arrived I was amazed by the extremely efficient teamwork as they prepared the area, put down all the drop clothes and went to work. They went above and beyond! The architectural shingles look amazing. They even painted the vents after replacing the gaskets around them all. And put new flashing around my chimney. The roof turned out beautifully, as did the gutters. I am so happy with it!!! The crew used magnets and combed every inch around my house to make sure there were no nails left on the ground. I could not have chosen anyone better to replace my roof. I would recommend Roof Expert to anyone, and have raved about them to my friends!
