  Had a new roof installed in January of this year. They were awesome and the price was great. Fast forward to about 3 months ago. I am having some issues with some shingles lifting and the drip edging lifting off the house. Every time I called I was told some was going to come and fix the issues. I sent pictures to them and everything. When no one showed I called again and was told that the person I was dealing with was no longer there and they would now fix the issues for me. It’s now 2 months later I call once a day leave a message and no one calls me back at all. Now when I call and I get the answering service and I’m told they would forward the message and no one calls

  We had an amazing experience with Roof Doctors. We had some structural issues with the roof, as well as needing new shingles, and were a little stressed about taking on this large of a project. Roof Doctors talked us through every step, made sure to stay within the initial quote, and worked fast. The quality of the work is impeccable and their crew was amazing and went above and beyond. We would absolutely recommend using them for your roof and would hire them again in the future!

  I called about a roof repair, and the person who took my call took my information down and stated I would get a call back within half an hour. Several hours passed and I called again, and talked to a different person who apologized and said I would be getting a call shortly. It's now several days later and I haven't been contacted. I got someone more reliable to do my repair. I'm not sure how they run a business on ignoring customers, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
