  This business is great to work with! I had a 17 year old roof that was flat and had never had any kind of white or reflective coating, I honestly had not realized it (never been on the roof) but when I saw an overhead view of my neighborhood, mine was one of the only black ones. It made me realize I was probably not getting as good of a energy savings as I could have been, not to mention the wear on it! This neighborhood was a "TEP guarantee home" so you would think... Anyway, called about 7 or 8 vendors to get estimates and of course got varying opinions and quotes from sealing to total replacement. At the time I had no leaks or issues. I went with Roof Coating Specialists because of their pricing, warranty and their plan and approach. It has been three years into my 5 year warranty and had a leak did come up around one of the scupper's which my Dad without looking at it guessed before inspection. It came down near my desk with my computer, but did not damage anything fortunately. I called on Saturday afternoon and but Monday evening, it was taken care of, no questions, no problems, just got it done! They have great service people with good attitudes too! Suffice to say I highly recommend Roof Coating Specialists and I am confident that in a couple of years, I will need to either re-coat or a new roof and I know where I will be calling for this service. In Arizona, roofers come and go and roofing warranties are only good if they are still in business and we all know how brutal our desert son is to roofs!

  Very pleased with this company. Alan came to do the estimate. Fair price. Ray did the powerwash. Chad and Ray coated the roof. Lindsey in the office always kept me up to date. Very sweet young lady. Would definitely use this company again. Very accommodating. I have recommended to neighnoros.

  I’m a business owner, so I set the bar high when it comes to quality and service. His office manager, Barbara, has excellent customer service and responds quickly. Having a strong front line is super important and she sets the bar. Allen knows his business, is fair and reasonable and takes pride in doing the job right. I would recommend this business to my friends and family. Thank you for surprising me, as I typically expect people to disappoint. -Mike Wall
