We use Roof Brokers regularly as real estate professionals. The response is timely and the bids are competitive. Work done recently was fast and contractors cleaned up after themselves. Recommended vendor.

I spoke with Kari Reynolds. She was wonderful to work with and sent information quickly for our review. Her customer service skills are superior.

They won't help you if you have a rooftop deck. I was trying to get some quick quotes over the course of a week to buy a place but they were very slow to respond. I initially sent pics of the flat roof and deck and after a few days they said they can only quote if someone else removed the deck. They claimed they had already been out to view the roof (without telling me) but never said how, since it was gated, unoccupied, and recessed from view. It would have been better if when they saw the initial photos said it was work they don't do. Keep getting other quotes while you wait for them.

We are always concerned when we are unable to meet our customers needs. You are correct, we do not do roof top decks. The contractors we partner with only work on roofs. However, we did maintain regular communication. You initially emailed us on Friday afternoon, it was returned first thing Monday morning. With the concluding emails on Tuesday. That is three consecutive days of communication, as we are closed on weekends. In your reply Monday morning you requested an afternoon inspection and were told the inspector would call to confirm a time. Tuesday morning you emailed, 7:30 am, before we were open to let us know the inspector had not called. We returned your email and told that upon entering the information to schedule the inspection we found that we had already been to the property. We also told you that information was sent to you Monday afternoon in a second, separate, email. We were at that property in December, two weeks before your request. The inspection had been ordered by the listing agent. So telling you would have been impossible. You requested the email be resent and it was. At that point we thought you understood there was nothing more we could do. You did email one more time asking if we flew a drone and asked for us to resend the email as you had not received it. We do not make decisions based on photos. We never have. Photos never show the full scope of potential problems. This is why you were not told no immediately. We do apologize for any miscommunication on our part, it was not intentional.
