  Took nearly a year to complete and they spilled roofing tar all over the driveway and damaged the stucco on the house with a ladder. They agreed to repair, but 5 months later have not. Communication was virtually non-existent the entire time. I followed up again and got a highly unprofessional response from Frank , the owner, that "I will not be repairing the shutter. I will mail you $20 to fix it with someone else. " since then, he falsely claimed that the damage was already there, when in fact I have pictures with the tarp on the roof and no damage. I always make sure I am thorough in documenting facts prior to contract work for this exact reason.

  Tim, we are very sad to hear your displeasure after doing 2 roofs for 2 separate houses. You liked us so much that you called us back for a second house. The damage was there prior to performing the installation of the roof. We have pictures to prove the damage was there prior to fixing the roof. The superintendent offered to fix it for you but you never provided the paint. Frank also offered to compensate you. We exhausted every effort to assist you with previous damage not caused by us.

  Great customer service very friendly! Roof came out great and looks beautiful! It only took them under 2 days for my new roof to be replaced!
