  They did not do what they said they did. I had a home inspector come the next day. The inspector said that they did not replace any shingles like they said they did and I paid for. He probably gets away with it most of the time. I just happened to have a second inspection scheduled or I may never have caught it. He promised to fix it, but never showed up. Huge scam. Inspect before you pay.

  Don't pay until the work is 100% done or they wont finish it. The owner was quite rude about it too.
