  I called Roof America for a quote and inspection. They came out the very next day. They answered every single question I had throughout the entire process. They kept me informed with their timeline. The materials were delivered ahead of schedule and they got me on the schedule sooner than I expected. They came out to do the roof and were on time and got the roof done in 1 day. I was having appliances delivered in the evening and they got everything done early to avoid and chaos. They cleaned the yard very well, which was a big concern for me. And they avoided damaging my flowers! This company is great!

  I would highly recommend Roof America! Perry Shaffer goes above and beyond what is expected in the process of installing a new roof. Perry explained every aspect that would be happening and took all the hassle of an insurance claim off our shoulders! His communication prior to the work being completed, during, and post work was exceptional! He made sure that every detail was completed correctly and to our satisfaction.   They called me back the day I contacted them. Nicole came 2 days later, assessed the damage, took pictures and shared them and a quote with me. They came to do the job within two weeks. They did a fantastic job. I have a flat roof on an enclosed patio. Few roofers even want to bother with them. Roof America was awesome. We had a heavy rain after they completed the job and no leaks after several years of getting buckets out. Thank you, Roof America! Great job!
