  Ron came out to my house, spent an hour walking the roof and discussing with me, told me he would send a quote, then disappeared. Does not answer phone calls, texts, or emails. If you didn't want the job, just say so but to ignore multiple attempts to contact to get a quote that you said you would do is not only unprofessional, but also a waste of my time which you obviously do not value as well. Due to poor communication, I would not recommend.

  I do apologize that things didn't work out between us. However We (my family) had an unexpected emergency arise during this time period, and family is always more important than work, or money. When I got back in town, and reviewed your messages I knew your attitude. Also as you state I spent an hour, (hour) going around your home, went into the attic with your brother. I didnt have to do that. You state I dont respect "your time " but your own actions show you had/ have no respect for my time. I spent a lot of time educating you and repeatedly told you , no matter who you have do the job don't let them do this, or make sure they do that etc. The whole visit took me over 2 hours + gas. But everyone can see by your own words only "your" time mattered, or was valuable. I trust in Gods guidance, and it seems people think a project is a 1 way deal. While it's TRUE that a homeowner has the right to choose who they have work for them, the contractor also has the right to decide who they are willing to work for. This is my 50th year roofing, and I still install my roofs, I only have a limited number of roofs I will be able to do, I want to give my remaining effort to people who both need, and deserve the best. I also want to work for people who appreciate what I do for them. I believe God covered me on this one, I think that anyone that reads your review will see that it is vindictive, and petty. You gave the lowest rating because you didnt get your way. Not because someone took advantage, or ruined your roof, or didnt stand behind their work. I was notified of your rating months ago, and waited to respond until you had plenty of time to consider if your action was appropriate. I hope that at least you are happy with what you decided was appropriate, This rating to anyone who reads it is not about look out for this guy he cheated me, or this guy dont know what he's doing, not he ruined my roof, or my roof leaks and he wont come back. All it's about is he made me mad, and I'm getting even. It would have been better had I been able to have notified you when things happened, but that still dont justify your rating. I could have died without your knowing and you retaliate by giving this rating from anger. I do hope God will bless you and open your eyes to what's important in this world.
