  I'm so thankful for Google reviews. I am a single mom and this is my first home that I'm buying. Ron is the first one that came up with flawless reviews. He was worth every dollar! I was very nervous at first about hiring someone & hoping they wouldn't give me a junk job and/or take advantage. He gave me a 42 page report on the home that I'm purchasing. He always answered when I called. He was extremely nice & very intelligent in his field of work. He was extremely thorough & he went above and beyond with his home inspection. I felt very confident and comfortable after hiring him. I would suggest him to anyone and everyone!

  Amazing service! He did our inspection on the 21st of February and had the report back with so much detail on the 23rd. As the inspection was happening, he explained everything he has found. He marked everything from water heat not getting very hot, doors not shutting properly, to the gas shut off being in the furnace and how the roof is not in best shape. He provides over view of the whole report, breaks it done into sections with review of each section, and a description of each thing found. He includes pictures with a description on each picture. I highly recommend Ron for home inspections. He will get you in as soon as he can if you ask.

  This was my first time using Ron for a home inspection and I can say I would never use anyone else. He was punctual, very polite and professional. I was so impressed with his attention to every detail and the willingness to explain everything during the inspection. I will definitely use Ron again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a home or business inspected.
