  They were late coming out to give me a quote then never bothered to send a quote. I asked if they were too busy for the job since it needed immediate attention, I was told to shop it around. Still no quote.

  Excellent, fast service and all the workers were very polite. Got the roof done in a day! The cost was cheaper than competitors too! They even left my gutters on, which others said they would have to remove and I would have to replace!!! Also, put the newest ventilation system on the roof as well... they also referred me to a Wind MIT inspector that was $50 cheaper than others..... My insurance company dropped a bomb on me that they were gonna drop me in 2 months for my roof was 24 years old. Romano’s genuinely cared and took care of it quickly. He even helped me out a little with money, since I had to wait on my tax refund. Can’t go wrong with this family owned company, which is a relief in times where good help seems to be diminishing!

  Positives: They did a great job on a new roof with quality and completed in a timely manner. Exceptional price compared to other companies I quoted without compromising the type of roof installed (30 year, architectural design). Roof looks amazing!!! Negatives: Did not get clarification of why coupon from Mint Magazine was not honored ($350) for size of roof. Clean up could have been a little better- tire was punctured from a roof nail.
