Hired for concrete patios a couple years ago. More recently installed replacement windows in my basement. The concrete still looks brand new, no cracks. The windows are really well done too. Very good at explaining exactly what needs to be done and why. Great service and work.

Romani Construction was an amazing company. I was always kept informed of my project timeline and payment was painless. Pricing was very fair and they went out of there way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my hail damage repairs. I will definitely use them on my next job.

Living in Texas and owning three homes in Kansas can be challenging.
We have worked with Romani Construction for over 14 years and have been extremely satisfied.  With the strong storms, high winds and unpredictable weather we have needed roofing service at the same time almost everyone in the State needs service.  They have always been timely and professional.  We highly recommend Romani Construction and appreciate the special attention that Adib Michael gives to each project that they have completed.

Wow, what can I say.  Romani Construction did a fantastic job.  We had them come in to take out a load-bearing wall in addition to new flooring throughout.  They gave us a great price and kept us updated despite some hiccups along the way.  The hiccups were on our part—our house is a little older and when the previous owners did work on it, it wasn’t done like it was supposed to.  Instead of installing some luxury vinyl planks on top of an existing floor, we had to remove tile and some plywood to get to the subfloor.  The subfloor needed to be repaired in a few spots because of termite damage that wasn’t addressed.  Their expertise helped us make decisions and balance our budget by helping us determine what can be patched up for now and what made sense in the long run to repair now.
While they were here, we had them update our staircase and balusters and remove some wood paneling from the walls that was popular about 30 years ago.  The wood paneling left a gap of about ¼” and we asked them to price out installing a staircase skirt board or ¼” drywall.  They were able to do either and we chose to install the drywall for aesthetic purposes.  Even when we discovered one of the balusters may have been accidentally damaged during installation, they came out a week later and fixed it for us free of charge.  They stand by their work and honestly it looks great, especially with what they had to work with.  The only complaint I have is that, at times, communication was a little difficult but Abid was our focal point until his vacation when Hector took over.  Hector was a delight to work with as well.

I am so impressed with Romani Construction!  They came out on a Saturday and stayed  until the situation was under control.  Mr. Michael was super professional and friendly, and also reassuring.  They finished the job on time, and were very available if I needed them.  The integrity with which they operate their business is something to be praised.  Thank you so much for helping me when I needed you the most!  I would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat!

Romani Construction has completed several projects from roof replacement to kitchen and bathroom remodels and is a professional and caring company whose single goal each time was to complete the project to my full satisfaction.

I hired this company after my basement flooded and developed mold.  They were quick to respond and the project took the number of days I was quoted.  I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend them
