  Rodgers Roofing was very good to me when I had nowhere else to turn to. I was in a real pickle because my manufacturer went out of business therefore I was unable to use my 20 year warranty. Buddy and Stepanie stepped in to help!!! They gave me a great discount and I was able to afford to fix my roof. These guys did not have to do this but they did. They are a great example of paying it forward to the community. They took care of me from start to finish. They followed up with me after the repair and then Stephanie called this year due to all the rain we are getting. Please support Rodgers Roofing, not only are they a great company but they are great for the community. Without Rodgers Roofing helping me I don't know what I would have done. Thank you again Rodgers Roofing, keep up the great things you do!!!!!!!!!

  UPDATE - 5/17/2017 - Buddy Rodgers Roofing is currently working to resolve this matter through a monthly repayment plan of my deposit. I am satisfied with this agreement and look forward to the full and complete resolution of this matter...ORIGINAL REVIEW - I had a very bad experience with this roofing company. They require a 50% down payment when you enter the contract. Even though the company never did any work on my roof they still wanted keep 25% of the contract price if I canceled. He only provides a one year workmanship warranty while other local roofing companies provide 2 years and even 5 year warranties. In my opinion, I have been misled, lied to and ignored by this company. I ultimately decided that it was worth it to me to accept the monetary loss his contract calls for and cancel my contract. After I formally canceled my contract with this company, they decided they would keep 40% of the total contract price instead of the 25% originally stated. The company's contract has two separate provisions, a 15% cancellation fee and a 25% material restocking fee and they are going to keep both. That amounts to a $2,136.00 fee charged to me by this company when they have not provided any service. I would also like to add that this company threatened to put a lien on my home and sue me for the other half of the contract price when I told them I would be taking them to small claims court.   Very bad experience with Rodgers Roofing. We have had a contract with Rodgers Roofing since November 2013.. We paid him $3800 in January 2014 because he called and said he would give us a discount because Menards was having a sale on shingles. We sent the check which he cashed immediately. Since then we have called him several times about when work will begin. He will not put on the roof nor will he refund our money. This is the absolute WORST company we have ever had dealings with.
