  We bought 2 triple paned windows to replace the drafty ones in our children's bedrooms. After the initial installation we have had them come out, not once, not twice, but 3 separate times to fix gapping issues. The last time was for a draft that you could see the gap it was coming through in the window. Today, after 2 nights of a room so freezing cold I wouldn't allow my son to sleep in his room, we pulled the trim off the window to see what the heck the problem is. You can see outside above the top of the window!!! Absolutely disgusted that, knowing this was a child's room and coming back to our house multiple times and even with the initial installation, no one spotted this extreme issue?! How can they possibly sleep at night with such horrible craftsmanship. I am absolutely livid and I wouldn't let them set foot in my home again if THEY paid ME.

  Overall not impressed. Hired them to do roof, gutters and siding in September 2021. Had issues with all three projects, more than I can count on both hands. The only person who had pride in what he was doing was my sales rep whom I now understand no longer works there. Because of how some installation items were not done as well as they should have been, I feel that some of the workers were careless or inexperienced in some of the work they did. ROOF was done 3rd week of September; I found out by checking myself during last week of November that no required permit was obtained by them and that they subcontracted out for the roof installation; never had the inspection done following installation; my understanding now is Rockford Siding subcontracts their roofing jobs; they never advised me or stated in their estimate or contract they use subcontractors. SIDING installed mid October with several issues, such as when ripping off old siding they ripped out water spigot causing my basement room to flood and the worker who did it never even was courteous enough to come to me and apologize; they hung exterior light fixtures back on but the pair wasn’t level as one was about 5 inches lower than the other and I had to make them come back to redo; all exterior lights were marked as to location to avoid confusion but I just happened to go outside when guy was going to put the front light which was different at the back door; saw worker standing on my outdoor A/C unit working when their ladder was not more than 12 feet away; outside cables were disconnected from soffit for installation of siding but not reconnected to the soffit when job was done; did not reseal or caulk around A/C cables leading into house after removing old seal; one new vinyl window strip was installed that curved inward instead of even and flush with window like prior strip had been; caulking in areas was sloppy in spots, especially around the door frames at eye level that does not look very professional. GUTTERS were problematic as only half of the house was done last week of October; they had to come back a few weeks later because they did not have all the materials they should have had the first time as far as downspouts and enough crewmen to do the job when they first came out; four downspout extensions were installed and no two were the same length which looked ridiculous and needed replacing for some uniformity; the rest of gutter work was done mid November; have had them come back a few times due to leaks but they haven’t got it right yet. Although many issues for fixing what I call “careless” problems were taken care of within a week or two of my notifying the company and/or my sales rep, a few of the issues for all three of my projects are still outstanding and here it is April 2022. When first hired, the owner did communicate with me on questions I had, but it seems like when problems came up with unresolved installation issues and/or poor workmanship it appeared to me he did not want to communicate which is causing me to seek professional assistance to bring these things to a close. I have not, and will not ever, recommend this company to anyone for any type of work. I feel that if you want your work done right the first time to avoid multiple callbacks you should look to other companies.

  They came out, discussed all my options. The office staff was very friendly. Crew as friendly as well and they cleaned up. Highly recommend. We had other companies come out but they couldn’t answer all my questions and just wanted me to sign their paperwork. Rockford Siding and Windows did everything they said they would. Now they are doing my neighbors house.
