  Took about 10 weeks more then they said they would . Now we have no running water because of them and insist we pay them now I wish I could have 0 stars for this rating.

  Mr. Moreland, We apologize that you are unsatisfied; leaks are never convenient. The plumbing, done by another contractor/company, that was leaking, was completely repaired by us in a timely manner after discovering it. It was fortunate that we were able to leave the homeowner with usable water in the kitchen and at least one bathroom until the repair was complete. We do understand that not having 100% capabilities can lead to frustration but we did our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As we originally explained to the homeowner, the length of time that was taken by him to finalize selections and the changes made to the original scope of work increased the time it took to complete the project. It is important that our customers take the time needed to make sure that selections are exactly how they want them but it does affect the timing of finishing the job. Again, sorry that we did not meet your expectations.
