  Roughly 5 years ago Roberts Roofing installed a new roof on our home, and it was done on time, was finished at the agreed to cost, and looked great. Recently a small leak occurred coming from the peak vent, and although GAF, the materials provider, should have been responsible for the repair, when that route proved ludicrously complex, Roberts simply sent over a crew to verify where the leak was, and then came back promptly with the right materials to replace the entire peak vent on the side of the house where it occurred so the repair would not be visible. The fact that they stand behind their work, and tackled a problem that they could have claimed to have been a different organizations responsibility, is a sign they are committed to getting things right. Basically, I can recommend them both for the work they did and their willingness to stand behind it.

  I highly recommend Roberts Roofing. My salesman Chris gave me excellent advice and was always available to answer any questions. Jose, Wilmer and their crew did amazing work on an old roof that needed a lot of repairs. They worked around difficult weather conditions, kept the work site clean and safe and left the property in great shape. I received three quotes for the work and Roberts was by far the best price. The workmanship was excellent. (and by the way, no relation).

  Roberts was extremely responsive, professional and they expedited my roofing job. I couldn't be happier with the completed work. I would really like to highlight the company's commitment to good, old-fashioned customer service!! Every step of this project was guided by expertise and support with a smile from the estimate (in torrential rain after hours!) , to the work itself, to the office staff (who offered to stay after business hours bc I was worried about traffic!). Roberts will be the first recommendation I make to anyone looking for quality home improvement with excellent customer care.. Thank you!!
