After putting off much needed soffit/fascia and roof replacement, I completed Laman's online request form this June.  From the quick initial response from Jenny to the estimate visit by Sean to the excellent work done by the roofing and soffit/fascia crews Laman Construction was great to work with.  Having built the house years ago with my father, I appreciate the work of skilled trades people. They made the stressful experience of a major home improvement project a pleasant one.  I receive compliments from friends and neighbors on the modern appearance of our home.  I would highly recommend Laman and would not hesitate to have them do more renovation work on my home.

Doing business with this company was a wonderful experience. Dustin was very punctual, courteous and knowledgeable on his initial consultation. The entire roofing job was above my expectations including cleanup and not to mention the fair price. I would highly recommend.

We had a home repair that involved a ceiling patch and plumbing repair.  The work was done with excellent quality in a timely fashion and left no mess behind.  Also painted our great room and it looks beautiful.  Definitely recommend and will also use again in the future!

I really don't know where to start!! We have used Rob Laman for many projects over the years. Rob replaced our roof,  replaced all our windows and doors, fixed our porch railings, and wrapped and repaired garage door and other doors. Just recently he replaced our deck on the back of the house.  I love the new deck!!!  Rob is very professional and also very personable and goes out of his way to make sure everything is done well.His crew are excellent! They are neat and cleanup everything.      They even took their shoes off when working in my house when the weather was bad. I will always call Rob for any projects and recommend him to my family and friends. Luke Silver and his crew just finished my roof and I could not be happier with the results!  Luke is a consummate professional as are all the people I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Robert Laman. It is rare to find a contractor who will respond to you the same day much less within the hour.  I had a lot of questions...a lot...Luke and his crew answered all of them without hesitation or frustration.  I have dealt with many contractors in this area over the last fifteen years of being a homeowner and I can honestly say you won't find a more professional, knowledgeable and pleasant staff than at Robert Laman.  I plan to use them for a Trex deck next summer without giving it a second thought.

My family lost everything in a house fire we scraped everything to gather to buy a hud home that needed a lot of work. I called Robert Laman Jr construction to do the work they came in and helped me make sure that everything was right so hud would approve. They came in knowing that I had a strict budget and work very professionally and quickly. With all of the issues we ran into and being my first home I really don't know how we would have ever got this job done if it wasn't for them they are amazing.

They came to my home to quote a job and after a month of waiting for the quote, they tell me that they don’t have the “time “ to send me the quote.

Poor customer service.

Won’t call that number when I’m siding my house next spring. You shouldn’t waste your time either. I even told them I didn’t need the work done until their schedule slowed down and still, nothing.
