  Rob is very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to the roofing business and his 40 plus years of experience really shows through in the quality of his work. He was friendly and explained everything thoroughly when discussing any questions I had about the repair, which speaks volumes as to his character and commitment to his customer's needs. I highly recommend Rob the Roofer for any roof repairs that you may have and I'll definitely be using him on any of my future roofing jobs.

  I’ve tried to resist sending this bad review in hope that Rob would redeem himself. Unfortunately Rob is a shady character. He puts on a friendly act but never responds to phone calls and does not finish a job. I paid Rob to fix a few leaking areas on my roof in May 2021 and he has avoided my calls and texts ever since! Im still waiting 10 months later! My roof is still leaking in the same spot he was supposed to fix. He gave me a one year warranty but I guess he is avoiding me until this warranty expires. Avoid at all costs using his service - he will lie and avoid your calls continuously and leave you to worry and stress about the poor job he did and money you wasted.

  I called Rob as I was standing in Lowes trying to figure out which shingle/tools I needed to buy to patch my roof. He almost arrived shortly after I got home and jumped right up there and patched some wind damaged shingles that’s were poorly installed via a previous patch job two years earlier. I’ll definitely be calling Rob for any future repairs/replacements.
