We called R&L to provide a quote for roof replacement.  They came out promptly, looked over our roof, gave us a quote in a short time.  We waited a little while because shingles we chose were out of stock.  When the shingles were available, R&L came out and took off old shingles and put new ones on same day.  Thank you R&L for taking good care of us. We will recommend you to our friends.

They were very responsive when we reached out to them. We had a slow leak from rain. They came out next day found the leak and discussed with us that there was major damage. We ended up replacing the entire roof. Great people, great work. Would highly recommend

RL Roofing removed/replaced my roof and as part of the project removed several skylights.  One year later they were very responsive in returning to correct some irregular looking shingles at no additional cost.

Greg Coda was in charge of a complete remodeling of the house after replacing the roof.  This took about one year.  He and his staff were very professional, detailed, responsive and the finish product is fabulous.  Cannot recommend them more strongly.

Replacement of my roof was quoted to be a one day installation, I thought "Yea, right?!" as the two prior roofs took at least two days. The job was professionally completed in one day, at a fair price by a hard working crew that "got it done". From quotation to the last nail I couldn't be more satisfied. RL Roofing is a company that I will recommend to anyone that needs a task completed correctly and in a timely manner at a fair price.

I especially like that they nail all shingles.  They don't shoot them in with high pressure guns.  Their clean up was always thorough and timely.  This was the third full roof that I have used their services and won't hesitate for any additional work I may need.

Professional. Did good work. They repaired the wood underlayment to the roof where need at an add-on price that was very reasonable. The price for the entire project was also reasonable. They cleaned up the debris at the end of the job. The new roof looked right when they got done. I'd call them next time I'd need roofing.

Quick honest and very reliable estimates and quotations were on spot oh, and the price was very affordable Workman and workmanship or above average, fast and friendly and had the entire roofing project completed in under eight hours, we're talking a whole house in excess of two thousand square feet. They did an excellent job of clean up and haul away of debris, I'll have them back this year to install new soffit facia gutters and downspouts.

Good quality,professional work! Greg Cota & RL Roofing Team did an excellent job building our 3 car garage with a workshop for my Husband! We also used RL Roofing on our previous house & were very satisfied.

I have known Rich Leslie for many years.  His staff is helpful in provision of information on past installations, responsive to requests for inspections and evaluations, prompt and professional in repair and installation. R.L. did an outstanding job of roofing my house.  Their expert installation demonstrated the inadequacies in a metal roof that I had installed on another house by an inferior contractor.  R.L.  hemmed the edge of each panel around the drip-edge, insuring a secure leak-proof connection with no fastener penetration of the roof surface. They also left a little piece of metal that they bent over to cover the open end of the standing seam at the edge of the roof so that it was completely sealed.

R.L. Roofing did a wonderful job on our new roof, soffits, fascia, and gutters. They were willing to negotiate on the costs and were the most competitive price in the area for the quality of work! I have already recommended them to a few people including our next door neighbors. At times it was a little hard to get a sense of when their teams would arrive to do their work, but they arrived well within the scheduled timeframe and all crews were extremely professional. When I had small suggestions, R.L. was very receptive and addressed all my concerns in a timely manner. A+++

The quality of work and materials was 5 stars but frustrated by the customer service. Extracting communication from them required more than just one phone call. Found out my windows were never ordered back in Aug '21 when down payment was made. That kept me out of the supply chain queue for over 6 months without knowing it. Not used to giving average reviews but hopefully this will give someone a heads up.

R.L. Roofing provided excelent service from quoting right through the installation.
They stripped and re-roofed two sections of our home and completed tore off the old siding, replaced damaged wood, and installed vinyl siding on both the house and garage.
Both the roofing and siding teams worked hard while they were here, finished timely and cleaned up very well. They even came back and fixed a little area that I didn't like the looks of.
I was impressed with R.L.. I have hired a number of contractor over the 30 years of owning my home and I have to say this was the best experience I have had.

We have been customers for many years and when we have a problem (tree branches taking off gutters, leaks, etc) All that it takes is one call and the work is done correctly the first time.  I only wish they'd service the Chicago area where our primary dwelling is located.  There is no roofing company we have found that compares with R.L.

RL Roofing was great to work with! They did an excellent job on our roof and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

They assessed our problem and identified the issue when 3 other roofers were unable to. In addition, they came when they said they would come, unlike the other roofing companies. Finally, the initial solution they recommended (involving ice dam treatment) would not even require their services at all (!). If that does not work, then the services they do recommend would address the root problem at far far less cost than what the other roofers suggested.

This company was head and shoulders above every other roofing company we talked to; there isn't even a comparison.

We chose R.L. Roofing for their professionalism, responsiveness, and their detailed quoting (Kevin Hutson was our contact). We were so glad to see that our initial impression has carried through the entire process of our multiple projects. They did our roof, gutters, soffit, fascia, chimney flashing (which was the best-looking chimney flashing I have ever seen, by the way), and they also installed lighting, a new beam, and new posts on our front porch.

I did supervise the work throughout the process, asked a lot of questions, and did ask for them to correct some things as needed. They were very polite and professional and made all of the corrections that I requested to my satisfaction. My next door neighbor needed their roof replaced and had beautiful plants surrounding their home. R.L. Roofing came in quietly without death metal music blaring and placed sheet after sheet of plywood to protect everything  around the house and proceeded to remove the old roof and install the new roof just perfectly. I went up to the team and said I have personally observed dozens of roofing jobs because of hail damage but never saw such a thoughtful and beat and polite group. R & L Roofing recently did work on the owner of our company’s roof. We received a detailed scope of work/estimate within a couple of days. Work was then scheduled and completed in a timely manner with the adverse weather conditions we had recently. Everyone we had contact with, were very professional and friendly and the work completed within the time frame given.

This is a very good company to contact for an estimate and for consultation.  Willie Henderson was my representative and answered all my questions and explained my options.  Katie, as the office representative, was always helpful and responded promptly to my requests.  We were selling my father's house and needed a small roof vent repair done quickly, along with replacing the shingles over this area.  Although the estimate appeared a little high, I understood their explanation that it was due to the job being small, the fact that they would have to drive to and from Michigan City to South Bend to complete the work and we were asking for a quick turnaround in under a week (and right before the 4th of July holiday).  They did quality work  and I would recommend them, especially if you live in the Michigan City area.

This company did a great job of repairing my soffit and fascia. They tackled a messy project and cleaned up after. They were considerate of the yard and the dog. I am so pleased with the result. I highly recommend them and will do future projects with them.
