The team and supervisors did a great job!  I have a garden (that I work hard on) in the front of the house and they were very aware of being careful not to hurt any of my plants.  My husband and I really feel good about the quality of materials and work. We are confident our roof was installed correctly.
The office has been really good too.  Always in contact about questions, etc., even AFTER we paid the bill!

We needed a new roof, and address water-damage in problem areas around the entry and above an add-on sunroom.  River Roofing stands out from the other contractors in their ability to install heat-tracing and do in-house metal fabrication.  They came up with custom flashing to address exposed wood (sunroom parapet wall) and installed a high-quality roof and heat-tracing system (nice, concealed, heat cable in valley's and eves).  All at a good (not cheap) price.  Many Thanks!

If you're looking for the cheapest price in town on some roof work for your home/building, then let me stop you right there.  These are not the roofers you're looking for.  However, if you're looking for a skilled team that is professional and clean through out the process of replacing the roof of your home, then read on.  From Day One, the level of service and professionalism has been top notch from River Roofing.  The first site meeting consisted of getting an inspection on the roof.  Iden showed up on time, explained everything down to the smallest detail, and spent over an hour answering all my questions.  Their was never a pushy sale of any kind.  Just factual data, with proof behind if.  Choosing River Roofing was a no brainer.  They're one of the most established roofing companies in Bend, and it shows.  Its rare now in days that you run into someone thats been employed at the same place for over 20 years.  That says something about the company as a whole.  Roofing work was scheduled for November 2019, and it was delivered and fully completed as promised.  Having the roof replaced on my home by River Roofing was the easiest home project i've dealt with.  EVER!  I can't recommend the River Roofing Team enough!  Thank you guys for an awesome, clean, and stress free experience!

River Roofing provided so much more than a great roof over our heads.  When we discovered ice dams forming, River Roofing responded to our call within hours and began remediating the ice.  Had they not been on the scene so quickly, our ice damage would have been so much worse. Last night, went to bed with a little skiff of snow on the road.  This morning, we woke to a foot of snow, and falling fast.  By 9:30, I was worried about Mom's mobile home roof (where I'm staying), and saw River Roofing service truck drive by, in the park.  Called their number and asked if they did snow removal.  Yep, lots of experience, we can get to you early afternoon.  They did - here at 1:00 (by which time we had over 2 FEET of snow on the roof) - 5 guys got it done in 1 hour.  Nice guys, all of them.  Even shoveled me a walk way in case I want to get out to the street.  THANK YOU!

I had 3 contractors come and bid on my roof. River Roofing was the only one to take the time and explain what my roof needs, and doesn’t need. Highly professional, honest, and excellent customer service.
