  I contacted this company a few week ago for a roof inspection. The guy came out he was professional to start with. But that changed. He agreed to come out and meet with my insurance inspector and never showed up or answered my calls ever since. I felt so embarrassed and let down. I would never recommend Michael Bigham to anyone. He is definitely not reliable and makes this company look horrible.

  This is Shane with River City Roofing The 1st review is not total accurate Yes the shingles were wet. when they are on the roof they get wet (water doesnt hurt them) we did replace the window but we did not remove the tree that caused the low spot we used factory drip edge but did not build the house so couldnt help water on the fascia If the house would have been cleaned and painted it would look good We did not honer the warranty 3 years later because we still have not been paid I did tell the home owner if you get me a check ready i will be right over to pick it up and fix your problem . To this day 2/25/13 we have not been paid in full .
