Was persuaded to go with River City after reading their reviews, and have not been disappointed. Mr. Parsons has been informative, professional, and proactive throughout the process as a whole. From meeting with adjusters to helping navigate a unique insurance situation, he’s been the real deal! The crew showed as scheduled and where wrapping it up by the time I got home from work. Very impressed with the quality especially at that pace. Would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Mike has been phenomenal to work with! He has talked directly with the adjusters to make sure I am getting accurate coverage. His assessment was very thorough. He has come to my house on multiple occasions  to sit down and take the time to explain the processes with me and made sure I was aware of everything happening before the work started. The crew was awesome and got the work done quickly. Mike is always easy to reach at any time of the day and very reliable. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Mike was great to work with. He made numerous visits to answer my questions about the process. I was very impressed with his crew. They arrived early and got to work without delay. I had two roofs started and completed on the same site on the same day. Very pleased with the results. Their cleanup was also excellent. I will recommend them to anyone.

Mike was a pleasure to work with! He met with the insurance adjuster at my house and went over the damages with them. He also visited the site on numerous occasions and made sure everything was completed. The crew that replaced my roof was very efficient and even came back at 7 in evening to make sure the roof was finished in one day. Very happy with the guidance and service I received!

Mike with River City Roofing went above and beyond all expectations we had when getting our roof redone! We live out of town and he traveled to our home multiples times to explain the process to us, meet with the adjuster, give us shingle samples and even traveled out once just to meet with us in person when I wasn't understanding things completely. I am not highly educated in the construction world but no matter how many questions I asked or how many times I asked them, he was patient, kind and explained everything to me in ways I could understand.  We looked forward to meeting with him every time he came as he was not only professional but friendly as well and we always enjoyed chatting with him. He informed us of every step that was taken throughout the entire process. The materials were dropped in our driveway and just a few days later they were there first thing in the morning and when I returned home from work, I had a brand new, beautiful roof! The entire roofing process.. from the first time we spoke, to the roof being completed, only took a few weeks!!!  We will be having them come back out in the spring to do our gutters and siding and cannot wait to see the finished project! Highly recommend! Ask for Mike!

River city roofing  project manager and his crew  were amazing and , extremely polite, informative, and hard-working! The roofers did a fast, professional job and cleaned up after themselves.I can recommend these guys, they are the best.

Very professional estimation and execution.  They were a great help with my insurance company and put a huge crew on the roof to finish and clean up in a day.  They even found the shingles we wanted in the middle of a shortage.  Highly recommended.

Chris has done a great job!  He is very personable, easy to talk to and explains everything in great detail.  I was impressed with his product knowledge and I have no doubt the roof will go on quick and with great workmanship.

They got the job done fast and did great work using quality materials, not just a quick insurance hack repair like some of the storm chaser roofers you see show up after hail. They dealt with my insurance to make sure they paid for what was needed to get the job done correctly. Friendly and  knowledgeable people,  will be using them to re-side my house as well once winter is done. Thanks Doug and crew!

Thom and his crew were professional and friendly. Thom was especially easy to work with and helped us immensely with insurance questions and confusion.

The work was done efficiently and with no impact on the guests staying at our bed and breakfast. Wonderfully neat and clean through the whole process. The new shingles on our complex roof really gave the historical house a fresh look.
