  Roof they replaced had a leak. Called Brian. He came out and said he found the spot and fixed it. It still leaks. Showed him the damage his roofers did by slamming bundles of shingles down on my ceiling plaster. I wasn't looking for any compensation. I can fix that myself and politely suggested that they find a better way to move shingles to roofs. He became a raving lunatic and stormed out of the house.

  Ripon Roof replaced house and garage complete 2 years ago. Now that the work is done he has no customer service. Last year needed some extra shingles you thought they were made of gold. Took almost 2 months for him to supply and then leaves only 2 shingles for repair. This year have damage to roof with wind storm can't even get Brian to call me back. 2 1/2 month 7 calls can't even get a reply from him.

  We just had the roof on our house and garage replaced by Bryan Wells and his crew. Bryan answered my call promptly, provided an estimate, and got the work scheduled within a short time. His crew worked incredibly hard and did a terrific job on the work. Bryan stopped by regularly to make sure everything was going well. The crew cleaned up all the mess and even remembered to ask me to lower the garage door so they could remove material that had fallen on it. Props to Ed, Renardo and Jesus for their fine work and to Bryan and company for a job well done at a fair price.
