  I have used this business twice for gutter cleaning and they have always been fair with pricing and service, however I contacted them on November 7th to have our gutters cleaned and received a quote the following day with an email stating they would contact me to schedule a day for service. Today is November 30th and still no date to come out, I reached out numerous times via email and a call and was told that Luis is the one that schedules and that someone would call back. What horrible customer service! I should not have to beg a company to do services, You lost a loyal customer Rio Gutters if that's the way you treat your customers!

  The owner is nice enough, but after 2+ years, I am finding a replacement service for lawn care and leaf pick up. Our needs were not met as requested. Communication is not great and the work is almost never done on time (even when they confirm they are coming out). When the work is completed, it's fine.

  We have been using Rio Gutters since we moved into our house for gutter cleanings so we decided to try out their power washing. The side of our house was black and green just from the trees and smoke from our pellet stove. With our house being a light color it looked terrible. After the power washing it looks brand new! We were so pleased with how it came out. They are also very quick to respond and when they give you a date of service they are there early and on time. The crew is very nice and the office staff is amazing. I highly recommend getting their services.
