  We have used Mike Riley for several home projects in since moving to Lafayette in 2018. The latest project was a full roof replacement in 2019. He has always been responsive until recently when we went to sell our house and needed repairs on the brand new roof (less than 6 months old and already paid for). As a result, we had to hire another roofing contractor in the area to make the repairs required for the sale of our home due to a mistake his team made on the install which was discovered during the home inspection. Despite the phone calls, texts, emails (from us and our realtor who originally recommended him) and even threatened attorney correspondence, he has yet to respond. So I warn you, do not use this company as it seems that they will not follow up on ensuring the quality of their work and make right on mistakes.
