Right Choice came to us following an awful wind storm. At no charge, they performed an inspection and explained that if we decided to use them for the repairs they would advocate to our insurance on our behalf and try to get as close to a full roof replacement as possible. In the meantime, they applied temporary protection to our roof until the work could be done. Right Choice showed up at our appointment with the insurance adjustor and went onto the roof with him, handling all of the negotiating to try to get the entire roof covered. Once that process was over and the adjustor filled out his paperwork, we had to wait for our insurance checks to get the process started. Right Choice was patient, checking in a few times to make sure things were still going OK. They charge 1/3 of the full cost of repairs to get a time scheduled. Scheduling was extremely quick, and they were out on our roof within a week. They had a bin dropped off the night before, which we were notified of when it was on the way so we could get our car out of the garage. They knocked out the entire roof in a single day, cleaned up well after themselves, and I'm extremely happy with the results. I recommended them to my parents and will do so to anybody else in the future.

Right Choice is the right choice. The roof replacement after hail damage was done in one day. We have a 1700 foot ranch home with a three car garage so it has plenty of roof. The estimate came in below the cost because I was allowed to replace the gutter covers and kick outs myself. They did a great job!

Miguel and Enrique were very informative and helpful from inspection to dealing with the insurance adjuster to installing the new roof. Any questions or concerns were promptly answered and taken care of. Very satisfied with the project. Thank you Right Choice Improvements.
