Most importantly was the customer service experience. The roofing technician Timothy Porter was the utmost professional. This gentleman was clear and concise with his communication, and managed my expectations about the work to be performed. He did a thorough assessment of our roof, took photos of potentially problematic areas, and explained the remedy. He was professional and technically sound. I would recommend Ridge Valley Exteriors and specifically Timothy Porter to address roofing needs. Excellent experience.

Amazing service! Very prompt and on top of the project. After a bad storm we noticed slipping shingles and the roof overall looked to be in pretty bad shape so we had Ridge Valley perform their 21 point analysis and they found SO MUCH DAMAGE! We had no idea that the storm had done as much damage as it did. Our insurance company covered our roof replacement! We couldn’t have asked for an easier process or a better company to work with! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Today I experienced the most extensive professionally done presentation after giving an opportunity to show their roofing practices. I had just had an appraiser and different roofing contractor inspect my roof, however after the presentation by John Ray and Tim Porter I will choose Ridge Valley. I am awaiting the decision from my insurance company and will allow them to guide me throughout the rest of this process.
