The salesman, Daniel was a courteous good listener and addressed all of our questions. Daniel gave us his assurance that the workmanship would be overseen by him and performed as if it were his own home. The crew began the work on schedule. We left town in peace trusting his word. He and Troy kept us informed of the progress. When we returned we saw that no flowers or shrubs were damaged and there was no mess or roof nails just a beautiful new roof. We highly recommend Ridge Valley.

Daniel was great. He came to our home and explained what he was going to do before getting on our roof. He made a video so we could see the damage. The crew was amazing and within 2 days my house was beautiful. Daniel came by several times to make sure everything was right and make sure I was happy with the work. Worked with Logan Kendall on our home in South Durham. He was excellent. Low-key style, not pushy, but also an assertive representative for you as the customer. Really took the vast majority of work out of our hands. Super responsive by text, my preferred method of communication on service work. As for the work itself, the job was done efficiently and without issue. They were basically done in a day and a morning. I'd highly recommend this company and Logan specifically if you want to work with someone with a casual but reliable professionalism.
