  Writing this for future customers who may or may not consider Ricketts Roofing and Construction. The word customer service is not something this business knows. From the moment my father contracted this business it’s been unprofessionalism left and right. On the first day that the roof men were supposed to come, they ended up not arriving on time due to another job with 0 prior communication to us. S 7 thousand dollars into the job, Mr Ricketts demanded and extra $1700 for pieces of wood/material on my roof he had to throw away and replace. As per our contract, we agreed that he’d receive these funds only AFTER an inspection was due, but even after this agreement he still felt the need to change his word. In a fit of rage he suspended all work due and refuses to finish what he started. All in all if this is how a company operates then I regret choosing them and I hope the next customer reads this and also makes the best decision for themselves.

  Ricketts did a fantastic job repairing my fascia that was old, rotted, full of holes and leaking into my patio. From the on site inspection and estimate to the start and finish of the job, they were quick, informative and attentive. Great knowledgeable service. Great price. Extremely pleased with the work. No more leaks in my patio either! I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs. Thanks Ricketts Roofing!

  I am very pleased with the service I received on my roof. The job was done in a timely manner, and I was also assured that job would be successfully completed. During the raining season its hard to find a reliable Roofer, yet Rickets Roofing and Construction was here within twenty four hours.
