  Horrible scam company. Talk nice on phone, but that is a bait. Got a low price from them. Made me buy all materials for project. Really did not have a ideas how they were going to fix my foundation and crawl space. Came late to job site by 5 hours. Owner could not talk English. Had to communicate with them.They were to have 4 workers, they only had two. They wanted 50% deposit. I offered 25% they had secrete meetings trying to decide what to do in Mexican. Then they said they could not finish the job in two days! Had to come back. I prepaid their hotel for them also to stay over night. They wanted money and then they would come back. I said no. Realized it was a scam. I so luckily they did not get my money. I lost $ 2000 in materials that I bought and hotel cost. Omg. Bad encounter with this company. Have to now take legal to get money back.

  Hi Larry, I'm sorry you feel like we were trying to scam you out of your money because that was not our intention. The issue we ran into when we arrived at your project is that the crawl space was less than the required 2-feet in depth that we had discussed previously. Because the crawl space was smaller than you said, it was impossible for us to complete the agreed-upon work at that time. Our crew members needed to assess the situation and come up with a plan to accommodate a smaller space. English is not the first language of some of our employees, and I apologize for any confusion that may have been caused. In previous discussions, it was agreed upon that 50 percent of the project would be paid when they arrived. Their intention was not to take your money and run but to get the agreed-upon deposit and figure out a new plan to complete the work in a smaller space than they were told. We would like to speak to you to get this matter cleared up if you wouldn't mind calling Martha here in the office so we can get on the same page about the next steps.

  Excellent company, very professional to conduct business, did all work great on time, very clean, they insulate my perimeter walls and gave me a transferable life-time warranty certificate, which now increased the value of my house and save me cost on energy bills for about half of the cost I was paying before. I strongly recommend this company, I payed my deposit and got on schedule quickly and got it all done and completed. No issues at all, everything was conducted very professional.
