  We are totally satisfied with the work RestorePros did to remediate our crawlspace, and eliminate bad odors that were affecting our living space. They responded promptly and personally to all our questions and needs. Work was done as on-time as possible. Their estimates were totally tailored to our particular situation, and despite several opportunities to increase the scope of their work, they didn't do so because they argued we didn't need additional bells & whistles. This indicates honesty & integrity, and backs up our impression of the good value provided by their team. RestorePros also returned after all their work had been completed, to help us be assured that everything was in good shape. Best of all, we had a lot of rain as soon as the job was done, and the crawlspace has stayed dry and our living space is odor-free. We'll call RestorePros again if we need their services.

  They called to tell me they couldn't provide service at my location, but I'm leaving them 5 stars. Why? Because they provided all the service they could over the phone. I spoke with Jocelyn and Jeff from the Athens office and they both provided as much information and even gave me a rough estimate on what I could expect to pay based on pictures that I sent them. This was crucial for me since I was looking to purchase a home and flip it based on what they told me and I only had a few days to make a decision. They bent over backwards on reaching out to me via email and phone to ensure I received updated information. If a company goes out of their way these days to meet my needs without me even paying a dime... I'll hire them all day long. Based on the professionalism I received over the phone from both employees, I would highly recommend this company to complete your needs. Thanks Restore Pros for hiring kind and professional employees!

  Ross and his team are professional, kind, knowledgeable, punctual and care. We were having trouble with a over flowing air conditioner. We had water coming out of our ceiling and the ceiling was about to cave in. We called Ross and his team were out within an hour and fixed the problem. We will definitely call on Restore Pros in the future. Fast forward one year… Thank you to Ross Kesterson and Resort Pros for your professionalism, communication and a job well done. Jeff Davis was our overseer of our bathroom and crawl space. His communication was accurate and on time. There was never a time I felt as if I was out of the loop. My bathroom and mold in the crawl space have been repaired and I am grateful. Ross Kesterson the owner of the company communicated with insurance almost daily in order to get the repairs done with minimal cost out of pocket for me. Every contractor they brought in was professional and trustworthy. Restore Pros thank you all for your kindness and professionalism. I will definitely be referring others to you all and be calling you with further needs. Job well done!!
