Restoration Roofing did a great job on two different houses the last five years.  The owner, Edward Jones, helped me with the insurance claims with his meeting the inspector and helped with protesting property taxes with a report for the county tax assessor so I received more fair evaluations and insurance settlements.  Edward was good about calling me back and patiently answers my questions about the repairs and the insurance process.  I have benefited from his knowledge, great replacement roofs and guidance through the required steps.

Highly recommend working with Edward and Restoration Roofing TX! We came to know Edward when we purchased a home he renovated in Dallas. After seeing his attention to detail throughout the home and the ease of working with him through the home buying process, we knew we wanted to give him our business after a large hail storm. After the storm, Edward promptly reached out to confirm if we had any damage and stopped by to inspect the roof. After we made our insurance claim,  he personally met the insurance adjuster to ensure a fair settlement and walked us through the entire process of replacement. We had an exceptional experience with Restoration Roofing.  RR provided a completely new roof, gutters, windows, and paint for our home after the May 2017 hail storm destroyed everything.  Edward was great in working with our insurance provider to make sure we got what we needed for replacement. I have actually had two roofs replaced by Restoration Roofing.  Both times the work was done on time and done well.  We did have a problem the 2nd time we had them put on a new roof, but it was not the fault of Restoration Roofing; a summer thunderstorm blew up out of nowhere after all the singles had been removed.  They had only gotten about half the house reroofed when a downpour started.  We had insulation in the attic that got wet, and sheetrock damage to our ceilings and walls.  But Edward Jones (owner) immediately sprang into action and called in another company that specializes in remediating water damage, and they put dryers and dehumidifiers in the attic and in the house and got everything dried out.  Then Edward sent in a drywall crew that removed the damaged Sheetrock and expertly repaired everything, and then repainted.  You can't tell anything ever happened.  The experience was not fun, but I do not blame Restoration Roofing or Edward....it was just one of those unfortunate things that happen, and summer thunderstorms are unpredictable.  But Edward took care of everything, was very responsive and professional.  So would I recommend Restoration Roofing?  Well I'll put it this way, if I need another roof, Edward is my guy.

Had a difficult to identify roof leak.  Got quotes from several roofing companies.  Most were only interested in selling me a new roof.  Selected Edward Jones of Restoration Roofing.  Edward’s team  conducted a test to identify leak source, repaired, sealed and completely solved the problem.  Work was done quickly, with quality, at a fair price.  I was delighted.

Edward and his group took care of all our needs both roof related as well as other hail damaged items (such as fence and painting).  The team was very professional and communication was prompt and courteous.  I would recommend Restoration Roofing to anyone looking.

After a flood accident we had, Edward and his team did an amazing tile flooring job for our home and completely transformed it. Easiest transaction ever!  I thought dealing with the insurance company for a roof replacement was going to be stressful, but Brian from Restoration Roofing Tx made is so easy, I forgot we were going thru our insurance company.  Once we decided we were going with them, he took over everything.  He took care of all the insurance paperwork and always called us back right away.  They did a fantastic job on the roof and it was done in 1 day.  I would highly recommend if you want to get the job done quick and STRESS FREE!

We had damage to the roof of our Fort Worth area home in the middle of our crazy storm season this year.  The folks at Restoration Roofing told us they were swamped but set up a tentative time to do the work.  The date I was told the service could "probably" be done, nobody came out but they called and were there almost immediately the next day.  There were a lot of storms, and we were just grateful for the great service.

It is interesting that this company will reply to my dissatisfaction with their service here on a Google review when their reputation is at stake, but will not reply to texts or phone calls.

My "point of contention" is NOT that I couldn't get a roof inspection and repair for one price. If you will look back at our correspondence you will see that I am most upset that I was unable to get the representative from your company to return my messages or follow up with service. I have saved all of the text messages and would be happy to post them here if that is necessary to refresh your memory... Perhaps that will also show others who are reading the reviews that you are certainly more concerned with your reputation for future business than doing the right thing by the customer.

Regarding your car analogy to describe the inspection done on our roof. If I take my car into a shop and ask a mechanic to do a full inspection to let me know the condition and then get a report that it's in good condition, I am going to have some concerns when I end up stranded on the side of the road the next time I drive it. I asked for a roof inspection from this company. A month goes by with me having to follow up repeatedly to get a date scheduled and after the inspection is complete I get an email with typed notes stating that the condition is "GOOD" (I have NEVER received a full inspection report on company letterhead accompanied with photos). The very next storm that comes through leaves behind a leaky roof. Who wouldn't question the quality of the inspection? Even more so considering the lack of professionalism by just returning messages to the customer? All interactions were sloppy, rushed and unprofessional and this led me to think that my inspection was given that same kind of attention. Much like the driver would go back to the mechanic with questions, I went back to the roofer with questions. However, the roofer became even more absent than before now that the money for the inspection was in hand.

My interactions with this organization have been anything but professional. When I originally reached out at the recommendation of a friend, I was satisfied. However, as I tried to schedule a time for a roof inspection I was continually forgotten about. I had to contact Mr. Jones several times before he finally inform me that he "was initially going to inspect the roof for free as a courtesy since we had a mutual contact, but was backlogged with other work." I told Mr. Jones that we didn't want free service, just honest and fair. Mr. Jones sent out a contractor who looked at the roof and reported it was in good condition with no necessary repairs needing to be done. A few weeks later our roof leaks. I called Mr. Jones and expressed my frustration stating that we had the inspection done to avoid the problem we now had. Mr. Jones stated that various factors could have caused his contractor to overlook an issue but said he would send him back out. I once again had to reach out several times to get Mr. Jones to schedule something. He attempted to have someone over but the time conflicted with our work schedules. I recommended a different day for service to be conducted to which Mr. Jones stated it could "probably" be done. The date I was told the service could "probably" be done, nobody came out. After this I sent one last message to Mr. Jones asking if we could just be issued a refund while we reached out to a different roofer who would follow through. I also told Mr. Jones that the service provided was the exact opposite of what was bragged about by our mutual contact. To this I was once again met with no response. I'm thoroughly unhappy with the service provided. I feel like we were taken advantage of because we shared a mutual friend.

As the owner of Restoration Roofing, LLC, I am proud that over our eight-year history we have had hundreds of satisfied clients, many of whom are repeat clients. Our reviews on Google, Yelp, The Better Business Bureau, and our Facebook page all have numerous positive reviews from happy clients. Mr. McCullars asked us to do an inspection of his roof, which we did- complete with photos and a report on our letterhead. Per our inspection of Mr. McCullars roof, there was no visible, discernible damage, as our photos showed.

Our inspection was done on 9/19/18. After our inspection, in latter September and October, North Texas received record amounts of rainfall. At least two of these rainstorms were accompanied by strong winds. Around Oct. 17th Mr. McCullars told me he had a roof leak and asked me to send one of my repairs techs to his home. Due to all the rainstorms, I was inundated with service calls for leaks. Mr. McCullars was not available to be home on the date I proposed to do repair. He proposed another day on which I was not available. A few days later Mr. McCullars texted me and asked for a refund for the inspection we had done so "he could go with another roofing co".

I explained to him that we had charged him for an inspection and report, not a roof repair. I further explained that a visual inspection giving his roof a "clean bill of health" does not guarantee that future damage will not occur. In my professional experience, it is not unusual for windstorms to cause leaks- especially windstorms that drive the record-setting amount of rain we received in September and October. Mr. McCullars's point of contention seems to be that we refused to give him an inspection and leak repair for one price. Taking my car to my mechanic for a general inspection does not guarantee that it will not  sustain damage in the next hail storm we have, or that driving through a deep pothole won't damage the wheels. Likewise, we cannot be responsible for subsequent weather events after inspecting Mr. McCullars' roof.

Brian Martin from Restoration Roofing was a breath of fresh air when it came to navigating insurance and replacing our roof.  I contacted him about coming to take a look at our roof because we noticed we had a leak and he came the very next day to give us our FREE inspection! Brian met with the insurance adjustor FREE of charge on a Wednesday and told me we would have a new roof on by end of day the following Monday! Thats 5 days folks! Brian negociated with the insurance company and was able to get us the best possible outcome. We were overjoyed! The roofers arrived promptly Monday morning, completed the job and clean up in record time. We will most definitely use Brian again for our roofing needs and will recommend him to anyone in need of his services!

A big thank you... great roofing service contractor that was completely helpful.  Took care of the problem and was able to address the roof damage in a timely manner.  Probably one of the best roofing companies in the Dallas metroplex area.

Excellent work, good customer service and extremely patient.  Our mortgage company did not make the process of repairing the roof 'user friendly' and they went and helped us out with that also.

After dealing with flaky companies and dubious sales tactics, I felt very fortunate to find Restoration. We were given a square deal and the work was completed in a timely fashion. They wouldn't cash the check until the work was completed to our satisfaction.

Had a small fix that needed attention over the weekend before rain was supposed to roll in. Not only did they answer the phone when I called the first time, but arranged quickly on a Friday night to take care of it the next Saturday morning at a very reasonable price! Happy with our service!
