  We needed gutters and I was aiming to get quotes from several highly rated businesses in the area. Ron called me back within a half hour of making a quote request. Called me when he was going to be there earlier than he originally said (same day by the way) and was extremely polite, professional and informative. He went over different options with me, walking me through how he would do the job, even so far as taking a picture of the corner and drawing out what he intended to do. I had an extremely fair quote in hand that same day too. The work was done within a week, and I have professionally installed gutters and couldn't be happier to have that off my plate. I will not hesitate to call Ron and his team in the future for any of my roofing or gutter needs, nor will I hesitate to recommend him to our friends and neighbors in the area.

  Responsive Roofing was great. We had a major hail storm in our neighborhood and I called Ron the next day. He was out the same day looking over the roof and siding. In less than 2 weeks we had our entire project completed. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend Ron and his team at Responsive Roofing in Dekalb.
