  RenoSimplicity has replaced two roofs for me this year, I could not have asked for a better experience. While no one wants to absorb the cost of a new roof,this company makes you feel good in knowing that you have a quality product at the end. Working with Freeman Jones was a pleasure. He approaches the job with a sincere interest for the customer's concerns and ensures they are happy at the end. He supervised both jobs from start to finish and I could not have been more pleased with the results. The crew was on time, courteous, and did everything that was asked of them. When the job was done it was like they were never there. Freeman communicated with me throughout the two jobs and there was never a time where i had to chase down the contractor to do what was promised. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.

  I worked with Freeman Jones to replace my roof after it received wind damage in several places during a storm. Mr. Jones was extremely courteous and attentive to all of my concerns regarding the replacement. It took some time to get my insurance company to release final payment to them due to some internal insurance company issues, but Reno did not pester me for the payment. Mr. Jones was able to help me with the insurance company issue and I am very happy with the roof. The work was completed in a single day during the spring and I’ve had no problems with it since installation. I highly recommend the company and especially Mr. Freeman Jones.

  Had a great roofing experience with RenoSimplicity. We wanted a unique look with a combination of shingles and metal roofing and they did it perfectly. Cost and service was top notch. The work crew was great and I couldn't even tell they were there at the end of each work day. Highly recommend for your project!
