  From the start of this process, roof inspection, scheduling, to complete tear off and shingle replacement. EVERYTHING went as planned. Justin Sather who was our original contact and estimated the job for us was extremely knowledgeable and offered up many suggestions for a successful install. The crew arrived on time as scheduled each day. They worked extremely hard the entire job! They were very professional. Cleanup at the end of the job was outstanding. I would highly recommend Justin Sather, the installation crew and Renew Roofing to family and friends. Thanks for the outstand service.

  I can't say enough about this company!! They are GREAT!! The roofers were very polite and professional and very hardworking. Very impressive! Knowing it was an old house & difficult roof to do. It was a enjoyable having you hereI strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof replaced. GREAT JOB GUYS THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

  Our experience was very unsatisfactory for the following issues: Renew Roofing took the ACV insurance check (per the contract) back in November 2019 to complete storm damage repair per the insurance estimate. They cashed the check then app 6 months later informed us they were only doing part of the repairs and didn't return any money for work not performed so we could hire another contractor. Poor communication. Work the should have took no more then 2 weeks was dragged out over a year. Porch rebuild was not the greatest and not repaired per the insurance est. Roof rafters was to be replaced one was not the other was spliced in, along with other issues. Funny is how they try to spin it and blame the customer, they took the insurance check to complete all repairs, why would we have given all the insurance money only do some of the work they had several copies of the insurance repair estimate of what was to be done. We will never use this company again and won't be recommending them. Responding to some of your comments: "We are a roofing company" Funny the sign says construction. No worries, we will be completing the rest of the repairs and fixing some of yours. As for the check 3336 that was the money I had to go around with you about to get back it was for all the trees that were on structures. That was also included in the ACV first insurance check. Lastly on your porch comment of course it was better it was destroyed by trees and winds from the tornado. You're welcome we took that and the shed down for safety reasons being it took so long for repairs. If I remember correctly when you got the check we were going to be first on the list in the spring another false.

  We informed you of certain trades we wouldn't be completing, before a contract was even signed. Our contract was signed only for the amount of work we were doing. We are roofing company, why would you want us to do masonry and interior work. That is not our area of expertise and we explained that and again, had a signed contract for only the work we were performing. Your new porch is 100 times better than it was, I have pictures to prove this. And yes, we collected an ACV check from you, and then issued a check back for the work we weren't performing. Check was dated 12/04/2019, check number 3336 and it was cashed by your bank Affinity Plus FCU on 12/17/2019. So yes, you did recieve money back for work we weren't doing, and weren't contracted to do, and you were only billed for work we did complete. And we explained all of this to you from the start and again at the end. And by the way, I just emailed you the check image as proof that we did in fact issue you payment back and it was cashed.
