  After almost 20 years, our old pressure-treated deck was looking very tired, and we wanted to expand the deck without having to deal with all of the maintenance (and splinters!) We hired Renaissance Exteriors to build a Timbertech composite deck over our existing decking. The company worked closely with us to create the design that worked best for us within our budget, and kept in close contact with us throughout the entire project. We had an existing structure that needed to be built upon, and heavy clay soil, which made this a very difficult project. Andre, our representative, bent over backwards to make sure that we were satisfied with experience, and the deck foreman, Josh, was an absolute perfectionist and literally checked in with us daily to ensure that the work was being done to our specifications. We felt that we were in the hands of a company that had a lot of personal integrity and who were concerned with creating a quality product and building long-lasting relationships. We love the deck but when we saw the before and after pictures it was an incredible contrast. We are thrilled with the end result and look forward to enjoying our beautiful deck for years to come!
