  Project manager did a poor review of the roof and job requirements. The communication and response was horrible and the work required was not even close to the statement of work we signed. Over charged for a small amount of work done. Be very cautious and careful if you go with Remedy. Not satisfied with how this company does business.

  Steve was my project manager and everything went great! It was a lengthy process involving appeals to the insurance company to get funding for a new roof, but Steve was persistent and stayed on top of the whole process, communicating clearly along the way. After the roof was completed, I also had Remedy install seamless gutters along the back of my house. The gutters look and perform great! I was very happy with Steve as a project manager and even recommended him to my neighbors who are now working with Remedy to get a new roof.

  Remedy Roofing is GREAT!!!! From my first meeting with Adrian Rodriguez, who was my project manager, everything went smoothly and as planned. Adrian explained every step of the process and I always knew what to expect. All aspects of my job, which involved both exterior roofing and some repair of interior drywall damage, was completed in a timely manner, the clean up was exceptional, and the crew took care to protect my landscaping and property. I can recommend this company with no reservations. Excellent customer service! Thank you!!!
