  We hired reliant roofing as recommended by the selling realtor during our home purchase. We need a roof repair and a new roof jack installed for our swamp cooler. What should of been a quick job turned into months of having to call and follow up with when work would be done. It took 2.5 months to get someone out to take measurements. Another 2 months to get a jack fabricates. Then another month to even get anyone out to do the job. They then left electrical wires exposed. They also did not install our A/C level. Communication from this business was terrible.

  We had hail damage to our house and Rick and the rest of the team have been incredible to work with while we navigated the insurance claim process (our first time doing so). Rick came out multiple times to take more photos and send them back to the insurance company so they would approve the claim. When Reliant started work, their team was friendly and professional. David, the team lead, asked what time would be preferable for them to start in the morning, and always explained what they would be working on during each day. We have a couple of dogs, and the crew made sure to go through our yard each evening with a magnet to pick up all loose nails so my dogs wouldn't step on any - service above and beyond! I would highly recommend Reliant Roofing! They stuck with us through the insurance process, got our job scheduled quickly, and did a great job completing the work.
