  Hired Reliant to install a standing seam metal roof on an addition I built in Hampstead. They were prompt, nice and polite but I was not satisfied with the quality of installation. I emailed some of my concerns to the office with a response from Karen but was never contacted again to address the issues. The day of installation I had to mention to installer to use z-bars near end wall which is a major leak preventer in my opinion, especially in a coastal area where hurricanes are common.

  They came when they said they would come. They were prompt and professional. I needed a few shingles replaced on my garage. As anyone who lives around here knows, it's hard to get a roofing company to actually show up for a small job. Van and his repair crew were great, and Karen in the office was very friendly and helpful.
