  We cannot say enough of Warren and his team. After reaching out to several contractors, some would call back and not show up while others wouldn't even call you back, we were referred to Relay by a friend. I had left a message with Warren the next day and within 20 minutes he had called back and set up to meet later that day. The project consisted of 4 sub projects (new roof, basement windows, cement work and removal of fireplace/chimney), and through each phase Warren kept us informed whether good or bad. As we found out there was a chimney fire that was never disclosed to us and was poorly repaired. They tackled that chimney and finished the project above our expectations. We would definitely use Relay again and would not hesitate to refer them to anyone.

  We hired Relay Construction to help us with our home as the house was built wrong and we had water damage to the back exterior wall of the home. We received an estimate showing the minimum price to the maximum price should the damage be extensive. The damage was very extensive and the price did not exceed the bid given us. Warren is the owner of Relay Construction and always responded quickly to any questions or issues. Warren handled all communications very professionally. We were very impressed with the quality work, the price, the crew and their professionalism with all work done. We will definitely use Relay Construction for other projects on our home.
