  Andrew Page of Regal Roofing did a great job explaining the process to me. He helped me decide on colors & styles by not only showing me samples but giving me other homes to look at for reference. He was very thorough and the team did a fantastic job. They left the site so clean that you couldn't tell anything had been done. Andrew came back to do another round of nail cleanup to make sure nothing was left behind. Very happy with this process and the whole crew! Linda Oh

  This company offers a phenomenal customer service. I mean, many other companies in different industries could learn from this company about exceptional customer service. Mike Sofia is very respectful, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and genuine. If he comes out to inspect your roof, he will do a thorough inspection and then tell you what he saw. Also, he usually takes pictures as well so you can see what he saw. He knows his stuff and knows the process that involves different insurance companies to make sure your roof replacement is easy and not a headache. He is not a person who will push a roof replacement just to make a buck. He just took the time to talk to us about what he saw during his roof inspection and we thought he had some valid points. Then when our insurance adjuster came out and agreed with everything that Mike told us, we knew his company will be the one for the job. Once the crew arrived, they were on it. Our big roof was replaced in one day and they did a great job with a clean up, as well. Afterwards, Mike came and checked everything out, made sure to check again for any cleanup items and made sure to remind us to contact him with any questions or concerns we might have. But we never had to contact him, because the roof installation was done well and there were no issues.

  Mike Sofia and everyone we met during the installation working with Regal went above and beyond for the roof installation that was done on our home. The communication Mike provided during the process was clear and concise. If we ever had any questions Mike answered immediately and it was always a pleasure dealing with him. The actual roof replacement happened quick and efficiently and Mike even came a second time to do a final cleanup to make sure the whole property surrounding the house was clean. This was a first time experience for me and it made me wonder why everyone doesn’t replace their roof when the time comes if it’s this easy and such a great deal. The new roof looks amazing and we are so happy that we chose regal and got to work with Mike as the process was first timer friendly, and manageable with our busy work schedules. I would recommend regal and mike many times over!
